Once you understand and agree to all terms discussed with our staff, we will proceed to schedule the first visit.
These are the documents you must bring to your first visit:

On your first visit, our staff will assist you in completing the Intake package. We will make copies of your IDs and have you sign the required consents to begin treatment.
Most of our services are partially or fully covered by Health Insurance. We can provide you with all the details once we have verified your insurance coverage policy. Notice that Insurance companies only pay for Medically Necessary services. Couple Therapy is not considered medically necessary, so it would have to be paid for by the client directly.
At the moment, we are only scheduling appointments by calling our office. We are currently working on a Clients Portal so appointments can also be scheduled online.
Yes, most of the services can be provided through Telehealth. Let our staff know that you are interested in receiving the service through telehealth, and we will make arrangements to make it happen.
